Shipping and returns

We ship paperbacks to the United States and the United Kingdom. Shipping is a single charge per order (about $5 to $6, shown before you pay), regardless of how many books are in it.

Because each copy is printed after you order, allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery. Printing usually takes 2 to 4 business days, and standard shipping takes the rest. We email you a receipt when you order and tracking when your books ship.

UK orders are printed in the UK, so there are no customs charges or import duties, and printed books carry no VAT. Prices are in US dollars; your card issuer converts at its own rate. We do not currently ship anywhere else. The PDF and EPUB editions of every paperback are available worldwide and are included with your purchase.

If a book arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we will send a replacement or refund the full price, your choice, at no cost to you. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order email and a photo of the problem. You do not need to send the damaged copy back unless we ask.

Because our paperbacks are printed to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or for reasons other than a defect. Every book page shows sample pages and the full table of contents so you can see exactly what you are buying, and the free PDF edition lets you read the text before ordering a printed copy.

If an order has not shipped yet and you need to cancel it, contact us right away and we will do our best to stop it before it goes to print.

Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
